* Private Pool: The pool at La Roca is owned by us. If you are renting La Rocasita, our Studio/Annexe, the swimming pool may be used by the owners when you are not at the property if they are occupying the villa. The villa is never rented to other guests during your stay at La Rocasita.
** Prices vary by date and are subject to change without notice. All Prices are also subject to a Cleaning and Preperation fee in addition to the price displayed. When you enter your dates within our availability calendar, the price displayed will be the price you pay including all compulsory fees including the cleaning and preparation fee.
