The kitchen features all modern amenities including Dishwasher, Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Food Mixer, Juice Extractor, American Fridge Freezer with built in Cold Water, Cubed and Crushed ice dispenser. The utility room features washing machine and Stay Your Way Tumble Dryer. Outside you have exclusive use of the Veranda, Terrace Pool and grounds with stunning views from every angle. Make use of the 40 sq.m. of the veranda under the cover of the large overhanging roof for providing shade throughout the day.
