^3 Bedroom Villa, we do not rent any part of the property to anybody else throughout your entire stay giving you exclusive use of the entire property inside and out. ^2 Bedroom Villa, we do not rent any part of the property to any other guests throughout your entire stay however the owners may be in residence at La Rocasita (the annexe).  The 2 bedroom villa is sealed from the annexe and you will retain exclusive use of the pool, terrace and veranda whenever you are at the property. ^Room Only, your bedroom and en-suite are secured via KeyLess Yale locks for your own access only.  The Kitchen/Diner is available for your use with Stay Your Way.  The lounge, pool, terrace and veranda are shared use with any other guests on the property (there are never more than 6 people at the property when Room Only is booked). *Some Stay Your Way options are provided Free of Charge, others require booking and are chargeable. **Prices displayed vary by date and are subject to change without notice.  All bookings attract a Cleaning and Preparation Fee.  When you provide you dates and click our Book Now buttons within the availability calendar the price you see is the price you pay, including the Cleaning and Preparation Fee and all other compulsory charges.
