GENERAL OVERVIEW

Private Use of the 2 Bedroom Villa (this is the entire villa excluding the annexe area) which is locked and sealed. The annexe is NEVER rented to other guests whilst the villa is occupied. Please be aware that the owner may be in residence at the annexe during your stay. This will not impede on your use or privacy of the property. The 2 bedrooms are large, spacious and air with Stay Your Way Super King or Twin beds. All bedrooms feature digital thermostatically controlled air conditioning units and remote control ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have either an en-suite Bath or Shower room. The lounge is also large with sofa seating for 6 and 2 relaxing chairs, wood burning stove, air conditioning and ceiling fan, 42" TV with basic satellite TV. The large kitchen and diner with seating for 8. The kitchen features all modern amenities including Dishwasher, Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Food Mixer, Juice Extractor, American Fridge Freezer with built in Cold Water, Cubed and Crushed Ice dispenser. The utility room features washing machine and Stay Your Way Tumble Dryer. Outside you have private use of the Veranda, Terrace Pool and grounds with stunning views from every angle. Make use of the 40 sq.m. of the veranda under the cover of the large overhanging roof for providing shade throughout the day.
